Test results not so great

Hey, I got a call from my DR yesterday to see the results of my blood tests, and breath tests, and stool tests...and it seems that I have tested positive for Celiac Disease, and also HP infection...He was surprised to see that despite all of this, as the disease and infection combined would normally show very poor results for nutrition, and I was Iron deficient...however, my iron is very good now, as well as B12, and all my other vitamins look really amazing, and he did not understand that.

My issue is this. Hp infection requires a cocktail of Antibiotics to heal...as it is also related to Gastric Cancer, and other issues of the stomach, CELIAC is found to be genetic, and basically in the past when I ate gluten...all my life...this is a condition we are born with, so basically I have been burning holes in my small intestines. I was on the protein diet for a few years, and noticed I never felt sick when I ate then, and in the last year, while being on the Candida Cleanse Diet, I havenot eaten anything with Gluten, (I make everything from Scratch so I know as I specifically avoided gluten). I don't want to go on these Antibiotics because I am finally free from Candida, and I want to stay that way! At the same time, I am concerned about this Hp infection, and I want to get better, as I will go for an Endoscopy soon....the Water Fast did not heal this issue, that I did not know I had, however, It makes sense with the issues I have lived with now...
Would a really long Water Fast heal this?
I am going to that Naturopath on Friday, she said to hold off on the Antibiotics till I see her, but I am afraid she will tell me to take them again...I know this sounds silly to many, as most people think well, um cancer or Candida...the answer should be clear, but it's not...Candida has caused alot of problems, infact I beleive the fungal issues from the candida probably caused the Hp, as well as the Celiac Disease, causing the Candida....and of course the Hp also...

If anyone can give me advice or support on this I would really appreciate this...I would rather fast for 75 days if I knew it could heal this Hp thing...Celiac is a whole other issue, but I no longer eat gluten, now its' about healing my intestines.

Please if anyone has any words to offer, I would really appreciate it, I feel really bummed right now.
