I believe that just because somebody got something or died from something that the next generation is likely to get the same is a bunch of nonsense.
I think any connection is due to living similarly. Not anything physically inherited.
If you want to avoid anything going wrong with the physical body, the thing to do is to elevate the overall health.
There are three areas you can always tweak.
-The area of what you feed the body.
-The area of cleaning it out - liver flushes, cleansing etc.
-The area of what you do with it. - Do you lay it on the couch or do you take it out for a bike ride.
Working these three areas can be a lifetime activity and with goals for each. When your doing the ultimate with each your probably going to live almost forever or at least feel that way and you won't be worried about anything going wrong with it.
