Re: post-fast notes

Having brown eyes loosie is not a disease. (mine are hazel:D) Only in industrialized nations are these genetic "diseases" ever so prevalent. There are places in the world untouched by big men in suits and ties, where the people who live there are virtually free of disease, who live off of the land, who live with wisdom. Why then, do there genes not mutate? Ours do because of the generations of malnutrition and eating "food" if that is what you would call it. I am not saying that genes are not important, but I think that any disposition that you have to a "disease" (deficiency) can be almost always taken care of through proper nutrition. I am very passionate about nutrition, men were not meant to be sick with disease simply because. You are very right, eating an apple will not clear up the devastating "diseases." It will take years, perhaps generations to undo what has been done. Blessed Be. Motherweary
