If you go to your local health food store, you will find several products for a colon cleanse. If you look on the Internet, you will find many wonderful colon cleansing products. Most of them will take around 30 days and will cost you anywhere from $15 to $100. The most inexpensive and just as effective is purchasing psyllium husk and Bentonite clay and taking that!

I guarantee you after your colon is clean (and it does vary from person to person as to the length of time it will take) you will have more energy and feel so good! Oh, and don't forget a parasite cleanse, too!
