My first test was 5/7 and showed suppressed TSH and elevated t3/ t4 and I was starting to have some bad times. Then about 2 weeks later I really started feeling horrible and saw Flechas to ask about the lab results. He gave me the news it could be a nodule and see an endo. I couldn't get in to see my endo, Dlecher, until today.
I followed up with a lab test last week that showed further increase in t3 and an ultrasound that showed a nodule. I assumed that it couldn't be infection because all info I found said the thyroid gland will be very sore. Delcher said his experience is only 50% are sore. He said the half-life of t4 is 10days in the blood so if I was flooded with t4 last week it would take about awhile for my body to calm down.
So we blood tested to see t3 t4 today to see if it's decreasing.
