Bad Psyllium?

I bought a cannister of Yerba Prima psyllium husks and opened it, and it smells kind of musty or something. I used psyllium years ago and don't remember it smelling like that. Is it possibly bad, or is that how it's supposed to smell? I wanted to start on psyllium and Bentonite tonight..... Tweet
