Just read chris` response, and I realize that nuts and avacados should not be such a main staple of the breaking fast. Okay, I ate nuts alot! Like I mean constantly, and seeds, and hempnuts, pinenuts, cashews, almonds, and more, So this may be the reason I felt so sick in the mornings these past few days...
After this fast, I will try to do it again, differently, and I will try and stay with water fruits, and veggies. Maybe more veggies then fruits.
