Dr. Clark lists the order of cleanses and how to follow them. Dr. Schulze has an excellent cleansing program, too.

In answer to your question about which cleanse to do first, you will find most people go in the order they decide. So, try that. There is a reason Dr. Clark wants you to follow an order, but you may want to do the liver cleanse first....it's your decision. The important thing is that you have taken a step in the right direction in wanting to improve your body!!
