Re: When does your body reach full Ketosis? Any online resources?
Hi Bella, I theorized that this morning that the things I was thinking about were being detoxed from my body. I am smelling foods too. Last night I smelt peppermint. Then fresh bakery bread still warm, and other things that I can't remember. As far as food preparation, it is not a problem. I think that handling the food keeps me from thinking about it so much. I think I would go stir crazy if I didn't have a thing to do with it for the duration of this. Especially, I have been thinking alot about the fruits in my fridge and it helps ease the craving to cut them up for my kids or make smoothies with them for them (they love smoothies) As for the extra hours, I can always use extra hours. I can barely keep up with my family of 6, so extra hours are great. The only thing is that so far I have felt too weak to do anything with those extra hours, but today, after I took a nap with my boys (I was up all night for work) I felt really good. I told myself before I even got up "I am strong, I feel strong" and then I just pushed through until I started feeling less week. I got alot done today and even though I am still out of breath, that's okay. I feel constantly like I just got done running, but that's okay. No, the boys are not asking me why I am not eating, although I am going to have a harder time explaining it to the girls when they get back from their moms. They do offer me bites of their food, but I just tell them no thank you I'm not hungry. I was wondering when your body reaches full ketosis, unless I am not understanding what that is (when your body fully sustains itself) Getting a little reading done would be nice. I am a lover of books. The last book I read was 1984 by George Orwell when I was still working at the nursing home and got 2 15 minute breaks and one 30minute lunch break. Working from home - I don't get breaks. It is well worth it though. Thank you for your support and Blessed Be. Motherweary
