i'm back into my yoga now, and i've been really thinking about the list of recommendations you made for me, so i've got a few questions about rebounding since that was on the list too :)
i used to have a little trampoline that i got for $20.00. it came with an instructional video that i followed, but every time i used the trampoline, i'd get a sore back that would last about three days! i tried it every so often, but got the same back pain every time. i got so fed up with it that i eventually gave the thing away. in your opinion, do you think the pain was caused by the fact that i was using cheap equipment? i'm positive that my posture while using it was correct. should i give it another chance?
