Re: Will this clear up?

Well Loosie, Life happened to me right from the get go, and I realized early on that Happiness is not something that you reach - it is something that you have to work for everyday and somedays more than others. I guess I don't know how to let life get me down. I have my bad days - I am even prone to depression. I fight it, mostly for my kids, until then, I thought of life as a painful, pointless experiance. You have to choose strength, you have to choose to give and recieve positive energy. I am a very empathetic person, I sense and feel much that I do not understand, especially what goes on in the world around me that can be so full of hate and cruelty. I realized that I can make a differance in the world in the smallest way by not letting it get me down, and by fighting back with positive energy. I send positive energy out into the world everyday, sometimes through intentional meditation, but mostly through the everyday things I do, teaching my children to react positively to bad situations, to be teachers themselves for others, or by sharing my views on things with someone who is down and out. Most people don't really like what I have to say about it being a choice, but I have found that people get the most deffensive when what you are saying to them is true. I hope that whatever dark place you are in that you can find the strength within to rise above it. Walk through your shadows yes, but come out on top. Blessed Be. Motherweary Tweet
