Thanks so much, good to know, because I feel like I want to begin fasting weekly. I got that silly parasite thing in my head, and I gorged on Pumpkin seeds the other day, and I feel them still sitting in my stomach !
Other then that I've been eating only veggies and fruits with a few raw pine nuts in my fresh pesto!
Im not sure what my bmi is, I try to stay away from weighing myself that's kind of a bad route for me...but I know I still have weight on my thighs, and legs, they are always the last to release the weight from my body! yes I think I will listen to my body.
I suppose I could Water Fast for one day a week, and 3 days a month, as I've seen it spoken about on here.
