Thanks mouseclick! The only thing is I am eating more then I should. it's all good food but still way too much!
I will have to minimize my intake, as I've been overstuffing myself a bit..I don't like it and I dont think it's very good for me afer only a week of not fasting.
Do you know if it is okay for me to fast for one day yet?
it's been less then a week since my last fast?
