MMMMMMMM.... I could eat plums, peaches, or nectarines (probably plums would be my first choice of a mono diet) all day long. They sound so good. The foods I want to eat now are totally different now. I just keep thinking about all the yummy fruits and veggies I am going to have when I break my fast. Also, today, I made coffee for my sister, and the smell made me nausious. Yay... Looks like I'll beat coffee after all. I agree going cold turkey is best. I had a food attack on the first day (at dinner time) and I had to get away, and talk to myself - see reason. It's quite funny now, but I was having withdraws.
