Thank you for your reply mamaducky(by the way, I like your forum name) it is much appreciated. I feel so drained, like I can't keep up. I did have to work tonight and even though I don't particularly love going to work, it is kind of refreshing to get a little time away from the husband and kids. It gives me time to breathe. So, I know I will feel better tomorrow. I do go slow when getting up, and it takes me about 20 minutes after I have been sleeping before I attempt to move. I feel so spacey when I wake up, and my body feels very very heavy, so I give myself plenty of time. About electrolytes, wont they interfere with the body reaching ketosis?
