yes, it boggles the mind! three meals a day with animal-source protein, PLUS protein supplements. where DOES all that protein go? he must have SO much extra mucous and sludge clogging up all his cells and digestive tract. i remember saying something about how a bull weighs 500 pounds or more, and it manages to build all its muscle from eating only grass. dude just gave me a blank stare after that and the conversation dried up pretty fast :)
