Watermelon = diet. Diet = suffering and misery, going without, rumbling stomach, deprivation.
I presume you have dieted before and think that a
Water Fast must be horrendous, so you are thinking of a gradual start?
Well, if you have the courage to fast, you may be in for a pleasant surprise.
I dieted for years, I just kept putting weight on after each failed diet. I discovered
Water Fasting in November 2007 and I have since lost 33Kg, thats about 70 pounds.
Co-incidentally I helped a friend buy a 40
inch flat screen TV today. In its box it weighed 33Kg - the same as what I have lost in 7 months. It took 2 of us to carry it. It was hard for me to imagine I once walked around carrying all that weight in fat.
Anyway, to cut a long story short,
Water Fasting is easier, very effective, and has loads of other benefits I won't even start to explain.
Forget the
Watermelon for now. Think about it after your fast, not before.
