Will this clear up?

Hi guys. I'm on day 4 of my fast, and I am drained. My arms and legs feel so heavy, I am shaky, my heart is beating really fast and I am having trouble catching my breath (I just recently found out while studying for my registry that I am a paradoxical breather or I breath through my chest instead of my abdomen which results in less air taken in. I have done this for as long as I can remember and used to think there was something wrong with my heart, and was amazed that it was a mechanical issue) The breathing is my fault, but put together with everything else is very tiring. Plus, I am so short fused right now. I kind of gave my husband a hard time yesterday, and today, my kids are just wearing me out. These are normal symptoms I know, but.... will they clear up soon? I can handle them for 6 more days, but I was kind of hoping that I wouldn't want stop when I got to day 10, so does anyone know when I will get my energy back? Will my body feel this heavy for the whole fast? Also, the cramping that I was having in my lower abdomen that was feeling alot like period cramps.........well, they were. I had a copper IUD put in after my second son was born, and my cramps feel worse than labor sometimes. I know I know "What, and IUD, are you crazy" I know better now, and I am getting it removed as soon as I can come up with the 300 dollors or so that it cost to do it. my life is like that song "I wish that I knew what I know now, When I was younger" So for now, it is just sitting in there, doing who knows what to my body.
