What I've been up to :)
Hi everyone !!
I just thought I would upate as I had been hesitating to do so ...
After my 35 day fast which ended only 2 weeks ago, I re-fed as carefully as possible listening to my body which just craved fruit and greens..
But here is the thing, after one week my body told me to fast for a day.. so I did .. and it felt so good I have fasted another 9 days ..
So tommorrow is day 10 for me.
I didn't update because I felt like I had broken some rules.. doing another fast so so soon.. but what has been incredible is, that over the last 9 days of fasting I have never felt better. My mind is so clear and I have SO MUCH energy.
My 35 day fast I didn't exercise at all, I slept 12 hours a day and I had a lot of nauseous episodes..
This fast is completely the opposite !!! I have been riding my bike daily, I have been walking on the beach for 2 or more hours..
So my re-feeding process will be a long one.
I have been reading Doug Grahams 80/10/10 Book and it makes a lot of sense to me, so I plan on following this way of eating for to see how my body feels.. 80 % carbs (from fruit) 10 % fats 10 % protein..
