Re: the spiritual side of fasting

Thanks jaymz, what a great story. I was raised in a Christian home so it was something that I accepted in my life. After many years living as a Christian, I found that I had only scratched the surface of what is ours in Christ. Hearing a story like yours lifts my sprits. I would much rather have had an experience like yours in the desert than to be raised believing in Jesus but not truly understanding. As we search for answers it seems how could I have missed that all those years? The more we grow, the more we see clearly. Tweet
