I am on day 6 and this is the first day that I have started to think about food in a way where I am wishing for it. I am drinking about 10 glasses a day of the lemonade. I absolutely have to. With water in between. I find that drinking more of the lemonade does help. You can also "eat" a tablespoon of unsulphered black strap molasses. It is also a psychological aid in that you are getting in minerals and maybe a stamina jolt and I think it helps with strong feelings of hunger. I need that at work.
