blackngold, thank you for the explanation, it makes more sense now. I didn't know you were friends with plasticat and can see why you would be concerned.

I do hope you are able to heal up, whether you fast, do homeopathics, or whatever solution you think is best for you.

By the way, I don't know if you have read Joel Fuhrman's book on fasting or not, but he does say in the book that there are people who CAN NOT fast. I don't remember what the reasons were, (and I don't want to misquote him) but maybe you fall into that category? I just thought I would bring it up if you wanted to read his book.
