Re: Day 4 update

If you look at my post to Plasticat, I never said that he shouldn't fast. I said that he should end this fast and reassess his situation later. You probably are not aware of his history but as someone who has followed him for awhile and has corresponded with him I am not getting good signals in his post. He seems to have grave doubts and concerns about how this is unfolding and I think he should stop. This was only supposed to be a short fast anyway.

In terms of my situation, Water Fasting started to shut down some of my major organ systems. It was not a "storm before the calm" but a systematic failure. I am lucky I stopped when I did and didn't permanently cause any damage. I had major blood work and muscle testing done the last day of the fast and it wasn't pretty. There are no single magic bullets that will heal everybodies health conditions. To say otherwise is to fall into the allopathic trap. My body does not respond well to fasting and I believe Plasticat is similar to me in a lot of ways, and I have told him off curezone that I don't think he is a good candidate for fasting, but he is his own man and everybody needs to make their own choices in life.

What you are refering to in my previous posts here about people who were not good candidates for Water Fasting are all of the grossly overweight, toxic people whose bodies are under tremendous pressures who come here thinking that they can stop eating and all of their problems will go away. What people on this board don't seem to realize is that their problems go beyond eating - a lot of times there are major emotional issues that need to be dealt with in order for them to truly heal and considering how extreme long Water Fasts are I believe that more responsibility should be shown towards these people. Advice should be given on a case by case basis and in my mind, "Good luck! Keep us posted!" is not always the best advice to give. I am not here to ruffle feathers. I avoid this board but since I consider plasticat a friend of mine I figured that I would respond here as I know he is checking this now (as opposed to his private e-mail address, which I am not sure how frequently he checks).
