what about you, jaymz? care to share YOUR spiritual experiences? what's your fasting journey been like thus far?

personally speaking, one of my most spiritual moments during my last fast came as i was listening to a reading of Joseph Campbell's "the hero with a thousand faces"... i saw myself as the "mythological" hero of my own life... journeying through the underworld in order to come through to the other side transfigured, with a boon to bring back to society.
