Hello carrielbrtn,
re' exercise while fasting.

Exercise is beneficial while fasting in health or for other reasons such as weightloss.

Exercise is not traditionally recommended (by many professional Hygienists) while fasting for the recovery of disease, as the body will require all of its energies to maximize cleansing and healing.

Exercise will accelerate weightloss because of the calories expended, but not by a huge margin.
