Hello everyone! Today is the first day of my 30 day fast. I have done many shorter fasts, but I am really looking forward to completing a longer one. I want to use this fast as a way to detox, lose weight, improve my asthma, and quit smoking (I know!). I am planning on alternating between one day of water and one day of juice. I would love to hear tips for my fast, links to informative blogs, anything would be appreciated!
