Coffee: how bad would it be?
I know this is a
Water Fasting forum, but it seems like all the experts stay on this forum...
I was just thinking a lot about Coffee.
I was finally able to cut loose from a soda addiction. The last month or so, I've been doing fasts in spurts of 2-3 days tops, then I would lose it. It meant to be a two week fast, but I seem to break down after a few days...
How bad is it to drink "just coffee" like 3 cups a day. Which means not entering ketosis.... but how bad would it be?
My friends would say that is hands down, a really stupid idea. They would consider it extreme, just like fasting.
What are your guys's input on it?
I figure it suppresses my hunger well. It increases my metabolism. How bad can it be not going into ketosis?
EDIT:
I should probably also mention at this point in time, it feels like I cannot survive without coffee, because of my two jobs. Ugh. :(
I just figure 3 cups of coffee with very limited amount of 2% milk in it wouldn't be too many calories...
