The day I started my fast I also started a journal. I wanted to keep a record of the fast so when I do one again I will be able to look back and see the difference between them. I have found that when I got hungry in the beginning it helped to write about what I was feeling at that moment. Now that the hunger and cravings have passed I find that when I get bored I use the journal to fill the time and it is really helping.
Just an idea, what works for one might not work for another but its worth a try. Good luck with your fast.
