i've done long fasts before (longest: 30 days) but that was a few months ago - i keep failing my fasts lately. but this time i'm going to stay strong! hopefully i will pass this fast, i'm going to be more motivated :) i've been feeling so big and bloated lately. hopefully after a 7 day fast i would feel a little bit better.
before i start my fast have any of you guys got any tips for what i could do to pass time when i'm really hungry?
