Mercury, pesticides, ammonia in urine

I am investigating UT for various maladies - IBS, obesity, joint pain, candidiasis - and am wondering about the various elements that wind up in urine other than amino acids and cell salts. I mean heavy metals, ammonia, pesticides, etc.

If you eat a lot of cilantro, won't you be expelling mercury in the urine? If you are losing weight, won't there be excess pesticides in it, too, that get released from the adipose tissue? And ammonia, internally? Yikes.

Please explain.
