Just remember, when fasting all you need to do is rest and relax. When fasting you don't need to exercise to lose weight, you'll lose lots anyway. Only exercise if you (and your body) feel like it. Rest is more important.
Fasting is a time for rest and relaxation, not busy work. Reduce stress, reduce stress, reduce stress. :)
Exercise actually disrupts the healing process for the body. I know you are concerned about weight loss, but I feel that healing the body (the stomach and liver especially) is important too, because we've had a lifetime of overfeeding these organs, they need some love. As they heal, you need less food to do the same work.
