Yeah I know about my birthday, but today is day 2 already, I have a big challenge which is the picnic, Im trying to figure out how I will avoid the food their it starts at 10:00 am and lasts until 2:00 with nothing but junk food. If I dont eat my teachers would be bothering me about how bad fasting is and try to make me eat. They will keep asking me to eat something and just say why dont you eat somefruit or vegies, but I want to do a full time Water Fast even during my birthday which is also bad but I will have many birthdays, if I eat then I would binge on cake and junk or something then I would feel guilty. I just want to stay focused about this, this time. No more giving up and no more procrastinating. Their will be other times I will indugle and eat bad food but right now I want to be healthy.
