Do you remember what the dosage was of the Vit A/D supplement you were taking? I know some A/D supps have 25,000IU of A / 400 IU D. While others have 10,000IU of A/1,000IU of D. Mine only have 1,250IU of A and 100 IU of D (its a Cod Liver Oil supplement).
I'm just curious how cautious I have to be taking this dose, seeing a I don't eat any food that has Vitamin A in it. At the most, I'll have a cup of 2 of Milk or pizza couple times a month. I doubt I even get near the RDA from food, so I was taking the A/D supplement. I don't want to have the reaction that you had though!
