weight gain during re-feeding

hi everybody,

i know that some weight gain is to be expected when re-feeding begins and i was totally prepared for that. But i've been re-feeding for five days now and i've gained about a pound a day. is this normal? i've been doing all the proper food combining, and eating all raw. i eat fruit for breakfast, i have a my organic veggie juice in the afternoon, and a huge salad for dinner (with lettuce, cucumber, tomato and an entire avocado, with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar). over the past few days i added some steamed broccoli and cauliflower.

i read from paul bragg that fasting helps underweight people gain weight. is it possible that i was perhaps underweight? i'm 5'4" and i fasted to 110 (now 115). i thought i was looking quite gaunt towards the end. i have no problem being 115, i'm just wondering when i'll plateau.

mouseclick, i was looking at your weight loss graph... on average, how much weight do you gain after a fast? how's it going, by the way? have you gone back to apples and juice since your brief fling with vegemite and coffee? :)

yours,

bella lucia
