Re: Tomorrow I break my fast! I want to keep the weight. Help!

Hello erick323
there are basically four reasons why people gain and/or regain excess weight.............
#1. They consume more calories than they expend.
#2. Food has to be earned by exercise, so if your lifestyle is sedentary, then you will gain weight for this reason in relation to #1.
#3. The food you eat is not properly combined, which if it is you will lose or maintain weight. Improperly combined food results in weight-gain, as this food is not efficiently digested, which then results in putrefaction and fermentation......a gain in weight.
#4. The efficiency and assimilative powers of the digestive system. Ever notice how some very thin people can "eat like a horse" and still remain thin? whereas another person only has to look at a "rumbaba" and they gain pounds!!!
Their digestive powers are impaired in the former, but not in the latter.
Fasting remedies this lack of digestive power.

Food combining will allow you to eat more but will still maintain or lose weight.
This is the premise of the "Hay Diet" or as expounded by Dr Shelton and other Natural Hygienists.
It works.

I am happy with the weight I lost, I fasted for 2 weeks and I would like to know If there is any way I may keep the same weight I have lost? I'm worried, if I start to eat again, I would regain all of it back. Any tips? Advice? How I may keep the weight I lost during my fast?

Thank you...
