I'm currently suffering from a fungal sinus infection. About 3 times a day I fill my personal steamer with water and put in a cap of ACV. It helps loosen up the mucus in my sinuses and lungs, and hopefully helps to kill off any mold/fungal spores. I also use Xlear Nasal Wash, and take an anti-fungal.
