My first day


Hi everyone,
Today is my first day, I plan to fast for 2 days, and then eventually one week. Now I am 175 lb, 5 ft 3 iches. I feel not attractive, not beautiful. So I want to feel good about myself again. That's why I start this weight lose project. My altimate goal is at the end of the year, I can lost 65 lbs ( my ideal weight is 110 lbs, so I need to loose 65 lbs) So I have almost 7 months to do it. I should lose 8-9 lb per month. it seems hard, but I did it before (for 15 lb only), so I think I can do it. I used to lose 1 lb per day. So my strategy is I need to be on fast 8-10 days/ month (every 3 days). Another important thing is the day that I eat, I need to eat less to prevent gaining weight back. AND the most important thing I have to report on this forum every day!!!I CAN DO IT!!!
