Gee, I dunno - why would the US government and military conduct experiments with sickel cell anemia, LSD and radiation on it's own citizens and soldiers without their knowledge or consent?

If it is big companies doing the harm to people why aren't they in jail?

I give up, why do big companies almost never go to jail?  Why do people like drug company and tobacco company managers not go to jail after killing millions of us and lying about the safety of their products?  Must be something rotten somewhere.
