Alright few advice
This is just coming from me and what works for me
1. Keep your mouth fresh, try to brush your teeth morning and nites and even during the day if you feel a bad breath, my first impulse is always to eat something if ive got a bad taste in my mouth, but if my mouth is fresh i dont want to spoil that.
2. Keep occupied and active
Don't just sit around and think about food, go for walks, meet up with friends, take walks, whatever keeps your mind occupied.
3. Its crunch time!
Thats the sentence I like to think if I want to eat. The hunger comes in waves for me, it comes and goes, if you ride out the hunger its all worth it in the end :)
