Like others here, I suggest to stay at the 200mcg recommended dosage.

Google about the overdose symptoms, or better, have a hair test analysis to see your Selenium levels and act accordingly.

But still, initially stay at the 200mcg dosage per day.

The only problem with the yeast type, is that if you have yeast related problems already, your immune system will very likely be sensitive to yeast substances, so better to do the non-yeast at first, although I read the yeast type of Selenium is what you should target yourself to take eventually cause it is more natural and bio-available.
