Bings or Raspberry (NOT leaf) avoids bladder infection

I absolutely guarantee you that black cherry concentrate (Or Bing cherries or cherry yogurt for those who can tolerate it) taken in conjunction with protocol will be a non-irritating way to avoid urinary tract infection.

Caveat: By the same token, cherry has a hormonal effect, increasing mucuous, so if people are trying to get pregnant, they should avoid cherry. Ditto - licorice.

Someone else I know was immediately cured by taking an enema of raspberry concentrate, upon advice of naturopath.
EMPHASIS: raspberry itself, rather than raspberry leaf!!

Both cranberry & D-Mannose are NO GOOD FOR SENSITIVE PEOPLE. They cause headaches.
