mouseclick & bella lucia are absolutely right :) - the 'average' is about 1 pound a day. however, everybody is different: for example, some people can work and/or exercise during their fasts, others simply cannot - and therefore everybody's weight loss will differ too.
but you can probably guess how your body may respond in terms of weight loss far better than anybody here on this forum, based on your previous experiences: like by how much weight you lost on your 14-day fast…
