Yes I do have the PACE book.
The PACE programme is mainly about "anaerobic" exercise: intense short bursts of physical activity, which allows the body to enter ketosis and therefore burn fat as the bodies source of energy and which continues burning fat for up to 24 hours AFTER exercising !!!!!!
