i didn't think taking vitamins would be a great idea. the fiance is really adamant about it though. any advice on what to steer him from thinking its a good idea? i guess i could just fake like i am taking them!
as for the exercise, i just love it. its not that i think i need 3 hours of exercise, its more like once i start going, i cant stop. i would probably be in the gym all day every day if i could. i recently took a vacation and found myself going twice a day! sometimes i will even take off work so i can have a nice long workout session!
