my advice would be to do everything in moderation. i think your goal of two weeks is a really good start. as for the exercise, it's my personal opinion that 2-4 hours of cardio is just too much. you really can have too much of a good thing. proper rest is absolutely just as important as exercise, and you probably do damage to yourself if you over-exert too often.
i think the yoga is good. from my own personal experience, i did hot yoga for the first nine days of my current fast and it went really well. i'm now on day 15 and i'm so fatigued i can barely walk my daughter to her daycare, let alone even THINK about exercise. it's sooo important that you listen to your body. if it's asking for exercise, then do it. but if you really need to rest, do that. don't make it hard on yourself or you might be tempted to give up!
as for vitamins, don't take them while fasting! i've taken vitamins on an empty stomach in the past, and they definitely made me sick too. anything in your system will interfere with your body's natural cleansing process.
