2 week (or more) water fast. and hi, im new!

Water Fasting for weight loss forum but I guess this one is more active. So I'll post it here :)
Well here I am again. 8 years ago I fasted for about 2 months and lost nearly 80 lbs or so. It completely changed my life for the better, and made me feel human again. Since then I’ve gone through a shame spiral of fasting and starving and bingeing. Needless to say I have basically gained all the weight back. I have messed with my body so much over the past 8 years I’m pretty sure it’s had enough. Lately I have been so very depressed and out of control that I’ve been doing nothing but bingeing on the fattiest foods. I go from not eating one day to eating absolutely everything the next, which I am sure, is just making it worse. I always promised myself I would never put myself in this position again. Being overweight and unhealthy, and most of all, unhappy. I want to be happy. I am 22 years old and I have the best fiancé in the entire world. I am ruining our relationship because I am so self conscious with my weight and I let it affect our relationship. So not only am I doing this for myself, but I am doing this for my fiancé so he can have a happy and healthy significant other. I have become fed up enough and I am tired of crying myself to sleep every night because of this. This is something I have to do now. I don’t want another summer where I have to wear long sleeves and feel stupid because of it. I want to go out and do the things I love to do instead of just wanting to stay home and out of public because I am so ashamed. I am hoping someone can relate to this, because this has been the story of my life.
I am starting off with a 2 week
Water Fast right now. If everything goes smoothly I may just go longer. But I figure I need to have a goal in mind, so I will set it at 2 weeks right now. My fiancé says he would feel a lot better about it if I took a multi vitamin. Does anyone do this? I am pretty positive you need to have some type of calorie in you when you take it since some vitamins are fat soluble. I remember them making me horribly sick when I didn’t eat. Does anyone have a solution for this while on a water fast?
Also, I am an avid exerciser. When I feel good about myself I want to exercise all the time. The last time I fasted for two months I did not exercise (it was before I got into the exercise craze). Does anyone exercise while water fasting? Is it beneficial or just something you probably shouldn’t do? If you do, what exercises do you do? I do plan on doing some pilates/yoga anyways on the fast, but I am talking about hard cardio. I am used to exercising up to 2-4 hours at a time.
