Breaking the water fast and Candida

Hi, It's my first time Water Fasting and I have been doing I am going on 8 days now. I am starting to feel more energetic, dispite the weired pains in my left side of my back and stomach. I had did the candida cleanse before this for over 4 months, and it worked well, but I find now that the Water Fast has eliminated my syptoms completely, even more so then with the clense. Before the fast I prepared alot of home made vegetable broth which I froze, and now I am trying to understand what to eat and drink to break when the time comes to break the fast. I want to know, will I beable to drink juice and eat fruits after? Will this trigger the candida again? Is it okay to drink the broth it's all natural ingredients?

Also why is my side hurting like this? I have done alot of research and all I read is break the fast with fruit juice, but I suppose I feel a bit apprehensive after all the work I did.

If anyone knows or can help, I would truly appreciate some advice.
Thanks.

ALSO! Why am I still feeling SO HUNGRY!? My stomache growls and I am seriously craving potatoe chips, and chocolate! I am a very healthy eater normally, as the candida cleanse really intensified this, what is going on, I keep reading that this feeling should disappear after 3 days!
