Can I restart fasting after only 10 days of refeeding?
On May 18th I broke my 21 day water fast. I started with diluted vegetable juices, then fruits (grapefruits mostly), salads, then cooked greens (spinach etc.) I started to use salt or add grated romano cheese into salads in the end of the first post-fast week. Too early I guess? Anyway, tomorrow will be exactly 10 days since I broke the fast and I have already gained back 10
pounds (I lost twenty five lbs in 20 days) my face and my right ankle are swollen (right ankle has significant swelling). I still don't eat sugar, bread, pastry; I don't drink coffee or tea.
I feel like I want to start a new fast of 10-14 days may be. I think I retain water more "efficiently" after fast or may be it is
Arthritis (I will be 38 tomorrow after all).
I also want to achieve my ideal weight of 125 lbs (5'5). Even after 20 days of fasting I was 145 (155 now).
So, do you think I can start
Water Fasting now again? I really feel completely "refed" now so to say. Will appreciate your advice.
