Hello Jim,
The correct diet is the cornerstone of the procedure.
Your colon is in a very irritated condition at this time.Any wrong food or liquid will prevent healing making the procedure useless.If you are showing any progress,your colon is telling you the procedure is correct.
Don't go looking for improvements.Stay with the procedure diet.Stay with your prescr*iption medication for now.The procedure will still be effective.Stopping medication now will cause colon stress.Don't eat any food that shows an allergic reaction.No nuts or eggs.For breakfast and all your meals,eat the procedure diet.
Eat vegetables at every meal.Eat others you may prefer.Past experiences have shown that it is effective.Hopefully your diarrhea will soon be under control,after a necessary time,for your colon to adjust to your new diet.Brown rice is excellent. You can use separate bowels for each serving and let each soak for either 1,2, or 3 days.Please send the information on the label of your vitamin E bottle.sheldon
