intense need for sleep

hello everyone!

in almost everything i've read, and from what i've gathered from this forum, it seems that most fasters actually end up not needing to sleep very much. i'm curious if anyone has any theories as to why my need for sleep has become quite intense.

i was sleeping fairly normally during my "active fasting", but since the day i stopped that (this past friday) i've become increasing more and more fatigued. i sleep all night long, and then i need to take naps during the day. my eyelids are always feeling very heavy and tired now. is THIS a healing crisis? am i going through a major detox right now? my ketostix are very dark... is it the ketosis that's draining me?

thanks!

bella lucia
